AG1 can be taken any time of the day, and ideally 10 minutes before a meal. AG1 works best in 8 to10 ounces of cold water and taken on an empty stomach to optimize absorption. Drinking AG1 in cold water first thing in the morning before you start your day would be an ideal morning routine.
